We have booked the following dates for theatre visits for 2010

1.   1.30 pm Saturday 26th June 2010. Our Annual day out to Stratford   will be to the matinee of Anthony and Cleopatra. This will be in the Courtyard Theatre.  This has been well supported and we have a waiting list for tickets.

 8.00pm Wednesday 25th August. Malvern Theatre.  “Quartet” by Ronald Harwood starring Susannah York, Timothy West, Gwen Taylor and Edwarde  Hardwicke.  A touching and uplifting story of self-discovery and life-long friendships. Booking forms will be coming out soon.

7.15  6th October. Cardiff  Millenium Centre. The opera The Magic Flute by Mozart. Featuring the Welsh National Opera in this joyous extravaganza mixing comedy, pantomime, philosophy and religion.

New members are always welcome and should contact Anne Mustarde by phone in the first instance (see number below). Our membership fee is £3 per person per year payable around the time of our AGM which usually takes place in May each year. Payment of the membership fee allows me to know how many people still want to remain active members (even if not able to go to events very often) so that our trustee volunteer “booking form deliverers” are not wasting their time. If you can give us your e-mail address we can save on postage.

We meet regularly to decide what we would like to go to. Any suggestions from members as to what they would like to see would be very welcome. We try to book a mixture of things to suit all tastes but you may have other ideas.
